In order to gain an understanding of an anxiety cause, one needs to understand the condition in its entirety, as well as the symptoms that normally accompany anxiety, which in some instances may be panic attacks, and at other times could be in the form of a headache, nausea or dizziness.

According to the National Health Service of the United Kingdom, approximately 1 in 4 people will be affected by mental health issues within their lifetime, these include conditions such as stress, depression, and anxiety. Based upon the description of how anxiety will affect many people, we should also be aware of the fact that these conditions can also be accompanied by or manifest in the physical form, giving one the feeling of uneasiness, fear and panic – these may or may not be accompanied by difficulty in breathing or at times heart palpitations or chest pains.
