Natural therapies available for anxiety include natural medications such as St. John’s Wort and Valerian along with yoga, exercise and meditation. These tend to have less side effects than prescription medications and for some people can be just as effective. Just make sure that you aware of any side effects of natural therapies also as they can sometimes interact with other medications.
Don’t underestimate self anxiety therapies such as relaxation and meditation as they can be quite effective.
